Will Grannis blue

<p>Will Grannis is the chief technology officer at Google Cloud, where he leads a global team of technology executives and senior engineers who work hand-in-hand with Google&rsquo;s largest customers to enable industry and category-defining transformations while also informing Google&rsquo;s approach to emerging technologies like generative AI.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Before joining Google, Will spent two decades as an entrepreneur, enterprise technology executive, and an investor, building and scaling technical platforms that today power commerce, telecommunications, transportation and the public sector. His career started as an officer in the U.S. Army, after earning his bachelor&rsquo;s of science degree in operations research from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has jumped out of perfectly functioning planes, rapidly attached himself to the bottom of a helicopter while in flight, and (accidentally) spent time in the jungles of Central America with various uninvited reptiles.&nbsp;</p>
<p>In this session, Will Grannis will share his advice for entrepreneurs and leaders: how to create a meaningful career, build innovative and high-performing teams, and manage the many obstacles of building an organization. Will&rsquo;s team is also on the forefront of building generative AI capabilities for Google Cloud and some of its top customers, and will share practical advice for how individuals and companies should approach generative AI and where to get started, along with how to make sure trust is baked in.</p>
